I love running and I think as long as you just try the distance won't matter. We ran each week twice. I made it up to 3km running w...Couch to 5k rocks! <br /><br />I made it up to 3km running when I was doing it. Had to stop, but about to pick it back up! :D<br /><br />We ran to one of the podcasts available on itunes, which has techno-ish music on it.
