I have a day off today which is lovely. Finn and I are just chillin. I spent the morning cleaning since I am going away on Thursday and do not want to leave a mess. Plus Anna will be sleeping over Wednesday night so I did not want her to think I was a huge slob.

I cannot believe that Chicago is finally here. This is a much needed trip away. Even if it is just for the weekend.

I took this picture of the yellow bird this evening when I was outside reading. It is funny how birds have a sense of when you are photographing them and once you snap a shot they never stick around.
