tis not quite the season

Even though it has been summer weather still, the calender says September.  I jumped the gun and made some veggie chili today. It was so great. I made it in the crock pot and I have meals now to freeze and take out on the days I work late.

I completed the meal with fresh garlic toast topped with daiya cheese.

A perfect meal.
