I have the family coming over for dinner tonight. I will be attempting to make chicken enchiladas and banana sour cream cupcakes for dessert... Wish me luck! I usually can make anything, unless I am under pressure like today and then I usually mess up recipes royally.
Puppy class yesterday went better than I had expected. Finn did not bite anyone, and actually enjoyed himself and played with the other dogs. He is a good man! I now just have to break him of his separation anxiety.
I am so over all this snow. Done being Canadian.. What happened to Global Warming. It does not sound so bad right about now.
