I am going to be starting Weight Watchers on Tuesday. I did it last year and lost a nice amount of weight. Unfortunately I was not able to keep it off so I am back to the WW. Fingers crossed this time around will be more effective long term. I am going to try to cook more and such and really change my eating. It is hard with my schedule but I will try to cook when I am not working and freezing leftovers for easy meals on work days.
If anyone knows of any weight watcher recipe sites I would be grateful if you could please share.
I will update on my blog anything good I make, any progress I have.
