It is my day four of being back on Weight Watchers. This time around I have been inspired to not just follow the points but to make sure the points that are going into my mouth are healthy ones. I am going to cut back huge on processed foods etc and try to prepare a lot more of what I eat myself.
Because of this I think I am going to go vegetarian. I was vegetarian for most of my teens. I think that by eliminating meat from my diet it will be much easier to stick with healthy eating. I find for me I do not eat a lot of meat as it is but when I do it is usually not the healthiest meal.
I need to find some good recipes that will freeze well so that I have dinners when I am working 12 hrs days.
